“双减”背景下的家庭作业:问题回顾、作用机制分析与提质增效路径选择

摘要:

双减背景下,作业"提质增效"成为回归家庭作业育人功能本位的核心关切。基于国内外中小学家庭作业实证研究分析,结合我国当前家庭作业的现实话题,循证剖析与揭示现象背后的深层机制。由此展开在作业"减负、提质、增效"导向下的五方面路径优化探索,首先组织建立高效性、统筹性和可审查性的作业管理制度,严格把控作业时长与总量;其次,探求跨学科性、探究性和实践性的多元作业设计形式,兼顾学科内容巩固与高阶思维培养;第三,践行作业分层布置策略,彰显作业的关怀性、激励性与个性化特征;第四,健全导向性、即时性和互动性的作业评价反馈机制,激发学生兴趣和内生驱动力;最后,聚焦家长在家庭作业中的情感参与并加强社会支持,家校社协同推进课后服务质量与效果,以打造各司其位、协同育人的双减新生态。

Abstract:

Under the background of “Shuangjian” policy, homework “improving quality and increasing efficiency” has become the core concern of returning to the function standard of homework education. Based on the results of empirical research on homework at the stage of basic education at home and abroad, combined with the current realistic topics about homework in our country, this paper analyzed the underlying mechanism behind the stripping phenomenon based on evidence. As a result, we carried out the exploration of path optimization under the guidance of “Reducing burden, Improving quality and Increasing efficiency”: Schools should organize and establish a homework management system with high efficiency, overall planning and reviewability, and teachers should strictly control the length and total amount of homework; the multiple forms of homework design that are interdisciplinary, exploratory and practical should be constantly explored, taking into account the consolidation of students' learning content and the cultivation of high-level thinking; teachers should practice the strategy of hierarchical assignment to highlight the caring, motivational and personalized characteristics of homework; the homework evaluation feedback mechanism of orientation, immediacy and interaction should be constantly improved so as to stimulate students' endogenous interest and driving force; pay attention to parents' emotional participation in homework and strengthen social support, and promote the quality and effect of after-school service with the cooperation of home, school and society, so as to create a new ecology of “Shuangjian” of each department and cooperative education.
