基于TPACK模型的教师信息化教学能力评价研究

摘要:

开发科学有效的教师信息化教学能力评价方案对于提升教师信息化教学能力至关重要。在综合考察信息化教学能力核心内涵的基础上提出了教师信息化教学能力评价指标,并基于TPACK理论模型,确定指标之间的结构关系及权重计算模型。在此基础上,对某师范大学的2012级汉语言文学专业职前教师的信息化教学能力进行评价。研究结果表明,相比教学能力而言,职前教师的技术能力偏低,且在整合技术与教学内容方面表现欠佳。

Abstract:

Given the importance of assessment in promoting teachers' informationized teaching ability,an effective evaluation method was proposed in this study. Firstly,domestic and foreign related researches were analyzed,and indexes for evaluating teachers' informationized teaching ability were illustrated. Then,the structural relationship between indexes and the index weight calculation model were determined based on the TPACK. Finally,using this evaluation method,an empirical study was conducted to evaluate informationized teaching ability of all pre-service teachers in major of Chinese language from a normal university. Results show that the level of pre-service teachers' technology ability and technological content ability are relative low.
